Filter/V60

Filter (2).png

Much like the ritual of brewing loose leaf tea, the V60 brewer is a relaxing and effective way of brewing a very clean and incredibly satisfying cup of coffee. Take a few minutes out of your busy day to brew without any machines or gimmicks.
For filter coffee, please follow your machines guidelines.

-Place the V60 on top of a cup or carafe

-Start a timer and start the first pour moving from the outer edge spiralling into the centre for approx 15 seconds (60g of water)

-The second pour will start in the centre spiralling completely to the outer edge for another 90g of water (150g in total)
-Wait 45-60 seconds for drip

Third Pour

For the third pour, take a further 100g of hot water in the same motion as the second pour. This should take approx 15-20seconds. (250g water in total)
-Wait for the water and grounds to settle at the bottom of the filter

-The fourth and final pour will be a further 100g of hot water bringing your total to 350g of water for your 25gof ground coffee.
-Enjoy!
