My focus at StoneHouse coffee is to produce the freshest coffee and deliver it to you as soon as possible so you can enjoy fresh coffee within 7 days of roasting and more often than not just 2 days after roasting. My special blend of medium and dark roasted Sidama coffee beans will still taste great after 7 days in your larder but I recommend consuming it when it is most alive to obtain all of the nutrients, oils and focussing energy that my coffee delivers in the fresh early stages just after roasting.
