This bean is regarded as one of the finest of the high elevation beans in Ethiopia, the birthplace of great coffee.
Our Yirgacheffe is bold in floral, citrus, wine and chocolate notes which makes it a perfect pairing for cakes, chocolates and other bold flavours like cheeses. We roast our Yirgacheffe to a very specific medium roast profile. It packs a flavour punch without being overly caffeinated. We absolutely love this coffee without milk to get the most from it’s delightful tasting notes.
We deal directly with our farmers so we can ensure the highest quality and fair trade practices are adhered to at all times.
Our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is hand roasted in small batches and shipped for freshness so you can enjoy this superior artisan coffee within 7-10 days of roasting.
